Sandbox, happiness, peaceful summer days
We dig until we find gold or reach the ocean.
Playground’s all a mess, we rest anyway,

Don’t throw sand at me, got some in my eye,
Why don’t we build a castle with stones on the top?
Boundless fantasy, lacking good advice.
And no one’s there to stop us, take it easy.
Squatting in the dirt, we construct our dreams
And bake a cake of wet sand because we’re hungry.
Staring at the birds crossing in between
The clouds that are dividing
Sky and heaven.

Laid back in the sand, feel intensively
How hard smooth sand can seem in my augmented truth.
Joint will burn my hands rather painfully.
It’s almost glowed to the tip but I enjoyed it.
Have you heard the birds, seen the butterflies?
The colours all around us, awesome and so pure.
I can touch the words that are on my mind
And all those weird impressions.
